The bottle is the same size as all of the Essie nail polishes, and the formula is very nice and not too thick! You can purchase it from amazon here.
It is basically a clear colour with a bit of a nude in it. It dries semi matte so you could wear it alone and it would be very natural if you aren't allowed to wear polish. It is £9.99 which is quite pricey for a base coat but it lasts about 6 months because of the size of the bottle so it is definitely worth it! But if you buy a base coat like this be prepared to buy a thinner because it goes a bit thick after a while.
