Barry M Raspberry Swatch & Review!
Hey guys so I literally am so annoyed at myself! I was supposed to buy Cosmo Berry by Barry M which is their new colour but I bought this instead by accident and it is literally the exact same colour as a polish I already have by Nails Inc in Plum. But I still thought this would be a good blog post to do still!

Light and Dark Blue Triangle Nail Art
Hey guys sorry for the awful title I had no idea what to call this look! I'm honestly so bad at naming these nail looks! I need to actually improve at naming nail art looks, I see people making puns for nail art and I wish I could think of them but I honestly can't!

NYc In A Minute Nail Polish in High Line Green Swatch and Review
Hey guys I really thought I swatched this but turns out I haven't even done a look with it so now is the perfect time!
I used 2 coats of the nail polish for this swatch. I had a bit of trouble getting it on the nail smoothly but that may be because it is quite an old polish. It is not a colour I planned on wearing on its own, I bought it to use for nail art.
Sorry my cuticle is so disgusting, I forgot to put my cuticle cream on it before taking this picture which I regret :(. The main thing I hate about this nail polish is that it stains SO BADLY! I feel like the NYC in a minute colours all do this! Its so annoying that's why I never wear it.

Turquoise, Black and White Nail Art
Hey guys so yesterday I posted this nail look with just the white colour, and I decided to add a black nail polish to it and it actually turned out really good.
I added thin black lines in between the white nail polish. I think this makes the nail look look much more complicated therefore making it more fancy. I used a Nubar Black Nail Art striper which you can purchase online somewhere aha I'm not sure the best place.
I love this picture, it is such amazing quality I had to make it extra large haha. To see the post yesterday click here.

Turquoise and White Easy Nail Art
Hey guys sorry I didn't post yesterday, I painted my nails and I had a shower and my nails were still a bit wet so they peeled off in the shower lol! But its ok because I re-did them today :)
The striper I used was a Nubar Nail Art Striper which I used to be able to get on amazon but they recently stopped selling them so I need to find a good alternative.
I used 2 coats of Barry M Greenberry for the turquoise colour and then I used a white striper for the triangle stripe things. I really like this design it makes the nail polish look so much brighter. I know it isn't the neatest, I need to cut the brush of the striper because the brush hairs are different lengths which is why the points are messy.

Maybelline Color Show Latte Swatch & Review
Hey guys I've been on the lookout for a good nude nail polish and I think I've found a good one!
I used 3 coats to achieve this colour. The first coat is very sheer but the second coat makes it very opaque. It was about £2 or £3 so I thought it would be bad quality but it is actually better than a No7 Nude polish I have.
It is a really good nude colour, it looks different than it does in the bottle. I was going to buy Barry m lychee instead but I realised it was too light to be a nude for my skin tone.

Sally Hansen Gel Cuticle Remover Review
Hey guys I rarely do nail care posts but seeing as I try a lot of products I will try to do more. Unfortunately I don't have before and after pictures because when I used this the lighting was too dark to take a good quality picture.
I use this every 2 weeks to make sure my cuticles are looking healthy. A lot of people say you shouldn't cut your cuticles. That is true, but this only removes the dead cuticle so it doesn't damage your cuticles. I apply it, wait 8 minutes and then push back my cuticles using a metal cuticle pusher. Then I wash my hands to remove the excess cuticle remover.
You don't have to use a cuticle pusher with this, the applicator of this is designed so you can push back your cuticles with it. I personally prefer using my metal one but this is still effective.
I really want to try the other Sally Hansen remover that is blue but I'll get that when this runs out

Tumblr Inspired Easy Fall Manicure!
Hey guys I saw this picture on a nail art tumblr and thought it would be so easy for a fall nail art! I went out and bought a brown nail polish for this.
This is the picture I got inspiration from.
Obviously the brown nail polish is waaay darker than the tumblr picture. I apologise for that, when I went out to buy the nail polish I forgot I needed a lighter one! I'll be on the lookout for the perfect brown colour and when I find it I'll blog it!
I used 2 coats of Barry M Cappuccino and on the ring finger I used 2 coats of Barry M Gold Glitter.

Barry M Cappuccino Swatch & Review
Hey guys I am obsessed with Barry M and I keep buying more and more! My barry m shelf on my nail polish rack is full!
I used 2 coats for this swatch. It looks a bit green on this picture but I promise its just a plain dark brown. I thought it would be lighter but idk. I'm still looking for the perfect brown colour for fall. This is a bit too dark for me I think.
It was £2.99 from Superdrug. It went on really smoothly and I didn't need a base coat or top coat.

Barry M Pink Sapphire Jewel Glitter Nail Paint Swatch & Review
Hey guys I am always looking at my nail polish collection and thinking of polishes I haven't swatched yet and this is one of them.
I used one coat for this, the polish was a bit old so I thought it would be very lumpy but it went on so smoothly. I love it and its so easy, and those little silver glitters actually stuck down unlike the models own one!
I tried to clean up my cuticles and i accidently took loads of polish off looool I need to practise! But anyways I used this colour over 3 coats of Butter London Teddy Girl which I have a post on here.

Butter London Teddy Girl Swatch & Review
Hey guys sorry I haven't posted regularly I've been so busy but today I made loads of blog posts so I will be posting every day next week. Right now I'm watching X Factor and its my guilty please I absolutely love it!
I used 3 coats to get this colour. You need 3 coats to get it really opaque. I also used a topcoat because it was a bit splotchy. I absolutely love this colour it is the PERFECT baby pink colour. I wanted this colour for so long so when I finally splurged I was so excited!
At first I thought it was such a waste of money and it wasnt pigmented but actually compared to the other polishes it is amazing! I really want to buy other Butter London polishes but they are so expensive! I paid £10.50 for it and I bought it at Selfridges. You can buy it from amazon here.

Easy Pink Ombre Manicure!
Hey guys so I am really annoyed that I can't do daily posts! I am so busy but I am starting to do all of my homework on the weekdays so I have the weekend free to hang out with friends and plan and make blog posts for the upcoming week.
It was so easy and took about 5 minutes! Its such a quick way of jazzing up your nails without having to be good at nail art, or if you're in a rush!
From left to right I used 2 coats of Butter London Teddy Girl, 2 coats of Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream, 1 coat of Sally Hansen Shrimply Divine and Sally Hansen No Chip Nail Colour in Raspberry.

Bright Blue and Purple Leopard Print Nail Art
Hey guys I'm so sorry I haven't been posting every day like I was last week, I have had so much homework I don't have any time!! I really want to invest in a light so I can take pictures at night but we'll see.
I used Barry M Gelly in Greenberry on the pointer and little finger. Then on the middle finger and ring finger I used JulieG Nail Polish in Fashion Friday. I used the greenberry for the leopard print and then a black and a dotting tool for the design bit.
There is a few different nail tutorials on leopard print, I would recommend you follow one with a dotting tool method as it is much easier than using a nail art brush.
I also used China Glaze Fairy Dust underneath the nail polishes before I did a design on them.

China Glaze Fairy Dust Swatch & Review
Hey guys so I know I've been doing a lot of polish swatches instead of nail art, I am at school so I only have the time to quickly swatch 1 nail polish after school. I will try and do designs on the weekends, but I might not have the chance.
I applied one coat over Barry M Blackberry Gelly Nail Polish. I am absolutely obsessed with this nail polish, it can instantly transform the nail polish or a nail art design. There are very small holographic glitters in it.
I found about it through some nail art instagrams and I'm so glad I bought it! I bought mine from Amazon for £6 here. I don't normally spend that much money on nail polishes but its definitely worth it and I haven't found any drugstore alternative.

NYC Gramercy Glitz Swatch & Review
Hey guys I've been on a bit of a recent glitter kick recently. I don't know I just searched my blog on the weekend and haven't swatched quite a few nail polishes in my collection; including my glitters. I am going to be throwing away old nail polishes soon and buying new ones, so there will be a lot of new swatches in the next few months.
Sorry the picture is blurry, for some reason my camera just got so confused on what to focus on! I have no nail polish on underneath because I thought it would have a more pinky undertone. It is basically a clear nail polish with pink and silver glitter.
It is very similar to a LA color nail polish which you can see here. Honestly I would rather use the LA colors version. This is alright, I did use 2 coats for these swatches. I had to remove it using the foil method (click here.) It is £2.49 from Superdrug which you can buy here.

Barry M Gelly Blackberry Nail Polish Swatch & Review
Hey guys so I have been swatching a lot of glitter polishes so I thought I would break the chain for a second and do a normal nail polish post. I absolutely love the Barry M glitters and when I have spare change I always pop into Superdrug and buy a new one.
It is a dark greeny blue colour, very perfect for autumn/fall. I only used 1 coat and it is extremely pigmented. I normally would use 2 if I wanted it to last longer than 2 days but 1 coat is perfectly fine. My cuticles are so messy, I really don't know how to clean up my cuticles properly yet.
I have worn this polish so much over the last year. It is a 'Hi-Shine' colour so you won't need a top coat. I have a lot of other Barry M swatches on my blog, so at the top of the page just search Barry M and have a snoop around! I got this polish for £3.99 at Superdrug. Check out the other Gellys here

Beauty UK Posh Polish in Intergalactic! Cheap Glitter Polish!
Hey guys so I rarely swatch glitter nail polishes so I thought today I would!
The glitter is clear with chunks of all different sizes and shapes and colours. It is so easy to apply and a very thin coat covers a lot of glitters on the nail. The colour I am wearing underneath the glitter is NYC In a Minute nail polish in Madison Avenue.
I love this polish because it took me no time at all the get the perfect glitters. It took me a while to remove but I have a blog post on how to remove glitter polishes which you can see here. I did a blog post on a different glitter polish from Models Own a few days ago which you can view here.

NYC In A Minute Nail Polish in Madison Avenue Swatch & Review
Hey guys so even though I am so busy and stressed with school at the moment I love blogging, its like a little escape from the actual world :). I bought this nail polish such a long time ago and I always forget I have it its really bad that I do that!
This polish is a dark red colour, it is so pigmented! I only used one thin coat for these pictures. I dont know if you can tell but you can sort of see my nail tips so if I wanted to wear this for a long period of time I would definitely wear 2 coats.
The thing I hate about these fast dry NYC nail polishes is that they stain my nails soooo much! It's literally ridiculous. I had it on for only about a few hours and it made my nails so red. It fades in about a week but maybe if you use a thick base coat or ridge filler it will prevent that. I bought my bottle of nail polish for £1.79 at Superdrug.

Models Own Dancing Queen Swatch & Review
Hey guys so I rarely use glitter nail polishes because they are such a pain to remove but I haven't swatched this before so it was necessary haha. And I forgot what this nail polish looked like so I'm happy I did this post :)
I used 2 coats of Barry M Indigo which I blogged about the other day (click here). I used 1 coat of 'Dancing Queen.' As you can see it is a clear nail polish with chunks of small and large gold glitters, some green glitters and some different shaped and coloured glitters.
It isn't the easiest glitter to apply, it is hard to get an even amount of all of the glitters on the nail. Also the bigger glitters tend to stick up so you have to push them onto the nail to stick if that makes sense.

Barry M Indigo Nail Paint Swatch & Review
Hey guys so I really thought I had swatched this before but I searched my blog and nothing came up so here goes!
I didn't use a base coat and it still went on my nails really smoothly. I used 2 coats and no top coat, it is so shiny you definitely don't need a top coat. I love it so much it dries really quickly and is such a staple colour in my collection.
Sorry about the glare in my nails you can see my window haha. That is just how shiny they are! You do have to paint the free edge of your nail or they will chip a bit but other than that I really recommend it. You can buy it from the Barry M website here, on amazon here or at a Boots or Superdrug store.

Gradient Polka Dot Nail Art
Hey guys sorry I didn't post yesterday I was having a bad day but today I've been really inspired; I've planned all of my blog posts for the rest of this month and I'm so excited for blogging every day! I saw this on The Nailasaurus' blog and had to see if I could re-create it myself. So all credits go to Sam!
It is sort of a gradient polka dot, the idea is that there are more polka dots at the bottom and they fade up into less polka dots. I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Shrimply Divine and then I used dotting tools to make the dots.
It was so easy, the polka dots took about 5 minutes but the pink nail polish took a while to dry.
